Shipping 

We currently offer free shipping on all products.

Packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail Ground Shipping and include tracking numbers.

Shipping times vary based on USPS but generally range between 2-7 business days for domestic orders.   

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and order fulfillment prior to shipping.  

Banks Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages or delays in shipping.  Customers can opt in for a faster shipping method and *Order Protection for an additional charge. 

Returns and Exchanges 

At Banks Jewelry we allow for 30 days from the time your order is delivered for unworn jewelry to be EXCHANGED for store credit. A credit will be given in the amount of the original order.  No exceptions will be made. **Credit will not be given for upgraded shipping charges or shipping protection charges when exchanging items.**

Once you have shipped your return, please email us at contact@bankscojewelry.com

Let us know what you are returning, and why.  Please include the original Order Number.   

After receiving your item, we inspect it for signs of wear and tear. If determined to be eligible for return, we will send you a code for your store credit. If the item has clear signs of use or damage or is received after 30 days, the item will be marked “return to sender” and there will be no credit issued. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED.
